Our Frantoio Monocultivar is made from a careful selection of olives from one of our region's most typical varieties. It stands out for its very fresh herbaceous and vegetal notes, such as cut grass, olive leaf, thistle, green almond, and aromatic herbs such as thyme and rosemary. A delicate and balanced extra virgin olive oil, with a medium-intense fruitiness and a subtle bitter note that enhances its unmistakable character. Perfect for enhancing salads, meat or fish carpaccio, and grilled white meats.
