"Albeggio" is a delicate and balanced extra virgin olive oil, characterized by its intense green color and captivating aromas of almond and green apple. It offers a light fruitiness that creates a pleasant harmony on the palate. Perfect for drizzling over fresh salads, bruschetta, and grilled vegetables.

It is produced from the pressing of typical Tuscan varieties such as Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino, all done strictly using cold extraction within twelve hours of harvesting to preserve the richness of aromas.
