A premium olive oil with a strong personality, with a bright green color. Its rich aroma of artichoke, rocket and cut grass combines with a delicate spicy and a final bitter touch that make it very elegant. Ideal for enhancing tasty dishes such as grilled meats, soups and Mediterranean specialties.

It is obtained from the pressing of typical Tuscan varieties such as Frantoio and Moraiolo, cold-extracted within twelve hours of harvesting to preserve the richness of aromas.
